Paper submission

The deadline for paper submission is over.

Posters and final camera ready version

If you submitted a paper and it has been accepted please submit the final camera ready version of your paper (all the source files and pdf file) together with filled and signed pdf file with declaration of authorship.

By default, all submissions will be presented as a poster presentation, the maximum poster size is A0. Only selected papers will be invited as an oral.

The authors are welcome to participate in the conference by sending their work in one of the thematic tracks. The authors decide on the form of submissions:

  • paper

Papers must show the scientific results, be original, may not have been published elsewhere. Papers will be reviewed and the Conference Programme Committee will decide on their inclusion in the conference proceedings.

  • abstract

Abstracts cater to researchers who can only publish in specific journals or their work cannot be published currently or at all, but still want to present their work and discuss it during PP-RAI.

The submitted abstracts will not be published anywhere, the submission of abstract is only necessary for the acceptance of the poster at the conference.

Paper and abstract must be prepared as described below and submitted in PDF form through the PP-RAI conference online submission system.

All submitted papers and abstracts will be reviewed.

Papers and abstracts may be rejected without being sent to the reviewers if they do not comply with the required format, length or if they do not lie within the scope of the conference.

By default, all submissions will be presented as a poster presentation, the maximum poster size is A0. Only selected papers will be invited as an oral.
